The hostel is located in the downtown, on the Vasilievsky Island, not far away from the Finland Gulf embankment and Nevsky prospect. The closest metro stations are: "Primorskaya" and "Vasileostrovskaya". Every room is equipped with: shower, WC, minikitchen with the refrigerator and electric hot plate, TV set. NOTE: Hostel does not provide the registration in the police department  for foreign citizens. The registration could be made by Monomax PCO. The procedure is obligatory, it takes 1 day and costs 200 RUR (payment should be made directly in a hostel to the Monomax representative). Your passport is required for the registration procedure. It will be returned as soon as the registration is done. Please take into the account that every person who enters Russian Federation MUST have a registration in the police department. Avoiding this procedure may cause problems with the police. This rule is actual ONLY for Chevchenko Hostel. All other hotels and hostels deal with the registration in the police department by themselves.

Check-in – 15.00 for Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya, 14.00 for other hotels.

Early check-in is possible only in case of free rooms presence in a hotel. For 100% guaranteed early check-in, the whole sum for the previous day of staying a hotel should be paid.

“Place in double room” category

The option of booking a shared place in a double room (e.g. with twin beds) is available only if the room will be shared by someone for the same period of time. You may either choose with whom you wish to share, or leave it up to the organisers to find someone. In the first case, both of you must indicate the name of the other person in the comments box when you book your room.

If you wish the organisers to find a room partner for you, then after receiving the whole payment for hotel accommodation and finding a second person, we will send you the hotel confirmation letter with his/her name. If the organisers are unable to find a room partner for you for the same period they will try to find someone to share with you for part of the period for which you have booked. In that case they will offer you a single room for the part of the period for which there is nobody available to share with you, and you will be charged extra for the single room when you register. In the event that nobody is available to share with you for the entire period, you will be charged for a single room for the entire period.

The additional payment for a single room can be made in St. Petersburg during the registration.
